This is my second stay at this hotel and I have to say my 1rst visit was better than my 2nd. The cozy feel and convience of having things around me within walking distance was fantastic but what really drew me was the quietness. This 2nd time around my room was near the staircase abd the guests acrias from me were very noisy slamming their rooms doors, playing in the hallways, as well frequently back and forth in the staircase with that door slamming constantly. To say the least, my last night and a half, I did not rest well. I hope the next time I visit I wont experience this again.

The hotel was great but unfortunately I found out that the staff at the front desk gave out my room number to someone who was not on my reservation. As a female traveling alone this is a huge safety violation
