Hotel is nice and comfortable but could use some upgrades and face lift. Affordable. Thr young female that checked us in did not go over any pf the charges so I had to go back down later once I relized they put a sizeable hold on my card. The male then explained things properly.

It was amazing been there before will def be back. Only issue I had was the bathroom door handle fell off out of nowhere but the people at the desk were great and understanding.

Confusion over parking my car

Stayed only overnight on New Year's Eve. This morning while leaving found a ticket under the wipers. It was for not registering the car for parking The clerk at the time of registration never asked car info for registration so it was strange to find the ticket While checking out a different clerk on the morning shift said it is just a notice and just throw the ticket away although the ticket had a QR code to make payment. She told me not to worry since I was checking out She agreed the the clerk at the check in should have recorded our car info and registered it I do not want to get a surprise parking bill. Great Stay, a little billing error

Clean, comfortable and perfect for a short term or long term stay. Very reasonable and friendly staff. My only issue was being charged twice one by hotels.com and again my Marriott. The issue is still not resolved. I think it was user era because I was asked to swipe my card several times. I have reached out to corporate at Marriott and trust it will be resolved. The stay was great and I would stay again for business or baltimore needs.
