I felt completely segregated and the room did not have a proper shower. I also felt slightly discriminated against. This reason is being I am blind with a disability and was traveling with a service dog. I was informed at check-in due to the fact that I had a service dog, I had to take a room on the first floor all the way in the back due to the fact that other guests did not want to see pets. Even though, I informed the front desk person when checking in that my dog was a service dog, and I also informed of the service that it provided. Due to the fact that I am blind I informed the person that it was a GUIDE Dog. However, I was still placed all the way in the back in a room with no shower lip. It was a complete flood every time I used the shower. On top of that. 15 to 20 minutes for the water to warm up into hot water. I was informed that that was the only room available to me due to the fact that I paid through a third-party. It will not be staying ever at this hotel again.

Couldnt rest because the other guests were slamming doors and stomping around at all hours. There was not hot water, bathed only once. Staff were very friendly but the noise and the hot water made it a horrible experience.

Room was average. It looked clean but the furniture was dated. Elevators and Hallways smelled like weed/ cigarettes. Breakfast was average. It did have hot eggs, waffle maker, cereal options etc… but it was all pretty standard. All around average hotel with not too much bad to talk about but also not much to celebrate.
