The carpeting on the floor i stayed on had white stains on it. Many room door s showed scratches on them. I couldn't get a hold of the hotels shuttle service to pick me up from BWI airport. I told the guy behind the counter what happened when i checked in, but he told me the manager handles the shuttle and the guy didn't even apologize, he just checked me.in like.my complaint didn't even matter.

We appreciated the Beds being very comfortable. The hotel is not maintained very well. Rug in hallway to room had a large stain. There were other small repairs in the room that were not attended to. Breakfast was good .. average. Close to the airport is a plus and the shuttle man was very nice .

Horrible

The staff - a young female on a Saturday morning- was very dismissive and unprofessional. She was the only one representing the front desk from 6:30am to 8am. She gave me one word answers and became very irate when I asked her to clarify. We had an unpleasant interaction and as a result she did everything in her “power ‘ to cancel my shuttle to the airport. If she’s the “ face” of the establishment intended to give a first impression, then, I would never recommend the place for any price. If zero was a possible rating, that’s what I would choose.

My room smelled like a combination of nictione & pot. I called prior to check in to get an idea of the airport transportation, the front desk was multi tasking and talking to.other employess at the same time. When i said what I thought I heard the instuctions were, she yelled Yes ( i dont know what was agating her) and hung up. If you BWI, the pick up spot has poor cell phone reception, the p Transportation person had s very heavy accent accent coupled with poor cell reception. It was very frustration. Only one resteraunt in walking distance, requesting to brealk a $10 bill for tipping couldnt be done. No cash at front desk, no wake up calls..

Overnight with an early departure

We really appreciated the access to the shuttle from both the airport and the rental car center. The driver was quick to pick us up friendly. My only concern was several of the seats didn’t have working seatbelts. Check in and Office staff was friendly andgave us plenty of information.
