Bring sandals !!. Normally my go -to choice for Banff but the roof top tiling in dire need of repair. Not one or two loose tiles. Almost all of them are loose creating a tripping hazard and my friend and I pinched our legs more than once sitting poolside.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Moose! It was clean & the staff were incredibly helpful with booking the Gondola, getting us a bus pass and information about the spa within the hotel. We utilized the roof top hot tubs almost every night which has a beautiful view. The location of our room seemed loud (first floor near the front in a hallway very well traveled by customers and staff at all hours) which would be my only complaint. Even though it is on Banff Ave, it was not too busy and I was very happy how close everything still was! Overall I was very happy with my stay!

Excellent hotel and great location.

Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms at an outstanding location. Service and staff were great. Easy access to the bus for skiing and a good restaurant (only ate breakfast though they serve all meals). Definitely would return!
