Hotel side was fantastic. Restaurant (Farm & Fire) was the opposite. They were snooty/uppity, in the name of "culture". Didn’t have a normal eggs, meat, and Hashbrowns type meal on the menu. No omelet either. Didn’t have anything children would eat - no chicken strips, no mac & cheese, no fried fish filets, nothing. When asked, they were offended someone would order something so basic from their restaurant.

Everything was smooth and easy from check in to check out! Staff are very kind,helpful and professional. Our loft room was AMAZING and clean. It had a small fridge and a coffee/Nespresso machine. The location is great. It is easy access to all attractions.
