Should be called Centrally located Point Hotel

Lovely hotel, pristine, top notch and so convenient in many ways. It was also right on top of a shopping centre and a food hall, so spoilt for choice!

Great stay for a first time visit to Thailand. Great big room with bidet, huge breakfast selection and convenient location. Easy to cross under the bridge to make it to the water taxi on the river. Everyone's friendly and very helpful. 2 Elevators take some time but they are working on a 3rd one to open soon. Attached to a grocery store downstairs with many eating options inside and around the building. Easy for grab drivers to find and drive up to. Highly recommend this hotel!!

For being a top rated property this one lacked slightly. The tub and shower were not clean (like mold growing). One of the elevators was out so it took on average 10 minutes to get an elevator. The expensive breakfast buffet was ok. If it was drizzling the pool closed. The area around the hotel was very dirty with rats and smelled terrible.

Room was shabby, stains everywhere, balcony window would not shut completely so bugs flew in was bitten by mosquitoes, elevator maintenance took 1 week so only 2 elevators working, TV stopped working and would keep flipping to other channels on its own. Pros are location very close to subway and pier, plus staff are very helpful.

Great Stay!

This hotel was great! I had a suite over looking the river with a large balcony that was amazing in the morning and late evening. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Customer service was outstanding. The breakfast selection was very good and definitely worth it. Most of all this was a great part of Bangkok. Felt very safe, it was very close walk to the water taxi. You could also get a cab within minutes through the apps or there were usually taxis waiting out front. There was also a shopping mall with a few restaurants and groceries on the 1st 2 floors. Very convenient. Couldn't of been more pleased. Definitely recommend a river cruise buffet in the evening. Also quite a bit of local venders and restaurants nearby.
