For being a top rated property this one lacked slightly. The tub and shower were not clean (like mold growing). One of the elevators was out so it took on average 10 minutes to get an elevator. The expensive breakfast buffet was ok. If it was drizzling the pool closed. The area around the hotel was very dirty with rats and smelled terrible.

Room was shabby, stains everywhere, balcony window would not shut completely so bugs flew in was bitten by mosquitoes, elevator maintenance took 1 week so only 2 elevators working, TV stopped working and would keep flipping to other channels on its own. Pros are location very close to subway and pier, plus staff are very helpful.

Great Stay!

This hotel was great! I had a suite over looking the river with a large balcony that was amazing in the morning and late evening. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Customer service was outstanding. The breakfast selection was very good and definitely worth it. Most of all this was a great part of Bangkok. Felt very safe, it was very close walk to the water taxi. You could also get a cab within minutes through the apps or there were usually taxis waiting out front. There was also a shopping mall with a few restaurants and groceries on the 1st 2 floors. Very convenient. Couldn't of been more pleased. Definitely recommend a river cruise buffet in the evening. Also quite a bit of local venders and restaurants nearby.

When I checked in the front desk clerk, her name isAnnie very friendly, very beautiful smile. She handled everything from me gave me a nice perfect room. What a view of the city? Everything was magnificent. I stayed 4 nights, left and went toPattaya 4nights but came back and state one night because I was visiting vietnam to see my god child, and after I came back, I came right back to this hotel and guess who was working at the front desk Annie with the perfect smile and she had the same room that I have been staying in. I felt special all around. I would not want to stay anywhere else. Other than here central point hotel sol 1

This was a lovely place to stay but had a few issues. One of the lifts were out of service which made waiting times much longer getting from one place to the other. House keeping was very slow and late at making rooms up. Had to go and ask for toilet paper twice during our 4 night stay.

We went for five days with the family, good breakfast, complimentary snacks on arrival, location was nice as it was very easy to get to the Iconsiam or other transportations like the BTS. The only weird thing was the AC that was cooling but had an issue with humidity. I didn't report it to the hotel, so not fair from me to criticize, maybe it was an easy fix. It was a good price for a family of 5, so according to that, I recommend it.

The hotel is connected to Central mall and Tops supermarket which was very convenient if you needed things life water or other essentials. There are tons of fantastic food vendors all around the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!
