The entire staff was courteous & helpful. Hotel is immaculate! Shuttle to the sky train was convenient, as the hotel is not central to moat sights. But good area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

I was very pleased with the hotel, location was awesome, we were out everyday riding the BTS. The hotel offered free shuttle to the BTS which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful with things to do, their excursions cost more than if you planned it yourself online. Also, we found using Grab (uber) instead of local taxi which was much cheaper. Beware of those that solicit outside of the hotel they try to sell you excursions, their prices are double the cost. I had an absolutely great time.

The staff were amazing and so helpful, but I was disappointed with the rest of the hotel. It appeared to be more style over substance and little things made it quite uncomfortable. The pictures made to rooms look soft and luxurious, in fact the sofa was plastic, the floors were lethal after being in the bath/shower and the chair in front of the mirror tilted backwards and was quite dangerous.

We stayed here twice on our three week vacation in Thailand. I intentionally didn’t book a hotel the last few days of the trip to give us flexibility, but we enjoyed our first stay here so much we decided to spend the last few days here too. The rooms are very nice and very clean. Front desk and bellman staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We made use of the facilities, including the pool, kids game room, hot tubs, steam room, and sauna. Everything was very clean and tidy and well maintained. On the first stay, we had a rental car and the hotel offered free, secure parking in their garage. On the second stay, we didn’t have a car but the hotel has a free shuttle to the nearby Thong Lo (Thonglor) BTS station. We also found the businesses in the vicinity of the property to be excellent (hair salons, bars, restaurants, massage facilities). I hope to stay here again if we go back to Bangkok.
