The room was spotless and large! We were upgraded to a suite! The views of Singapore were fantastic! We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and they were terrific!! We were on jetlag after a 34hr flying time since we left home. All we want to do was sleep and eat! This was the perfect place for recovery. We did do a tour of Singapore and then back to the hotel. The breakfast was a buffet with everything you could think of (specialty cooking to a biscuit). Dinner was a buffet or a menu for just what you wanted. The staff was very accomodating to our every need. The location is central & just a short hop away from our cruise ship. Super place!

This hotel is quiet, but only in the room. This hotel needs more staff to maintain good condition. The key machine was not working during check-in. The staff asked me to wait but didn't know the actual time and suggested I come back later to check. OK. I am here for vacation, right? And I will not accept staff escorting me to open my room door when I come back. The toilet water overflowed. I fixed it myself the first night and no one noticed when cleaning the room. I don't know how to rate this...
