I had a wonderful experience at the Riverfront Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. The customer service was truly excellent—every staff member was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. One of the highlights was the balcony with its breathtaking river view—such a peaceful and beautiful sight to wake up to. I loved everything about my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great hotel

A fantastic hotel with very helpful staff. Our room was very spacious and clean with a great view of the city. There's even a separate walk-in section to store your luggage. There's a 7 Eleven a few minutes walk away for any food or toiletries your might need.

If only they had a softer, comfortable bed.

The hotel is nice BUT the location is not convenient to tour the city. And the bed was terrible!!!!!!! My back hurt every morning. I constantly had to get comfortable during the night.

Though a bit tucked away and off the main street, the hotel offers spacious rooms equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the experience. While the location might seem a little secluded, transportation to busier parts of town and popular tourist spots is easily accessible. One of the standout features is the stunning view of the river—truly a sight to wake up to.
