The room was unclean on arrival. Not vacuumed. The heating system was terrible. Thermostat did not work so the heat could not be lowered. The unit is so old it squeaks all night as it cycles off and on. The 2 items we wanted at the restaurant were unavailable. Haddock and pork chop. Sadly this place must be under new owner or management. We’ve been many times. This time the place seemed old and rundown.

The staff was poorly trained to inform guest of need to know details like having to pay to park. We left the room to go get food, the D&D was on our door. We returned to find our room open and stripped. Offered ko kind of refund a night free, nothing. Very disappointed ☹️

There was only one staff member trying to do all of tasks in the restaurant and lounge. Had to go off site to get a meal. The room was fine.
