Mice in my room, ate through the luggage. I told the front desk and all they could do was apologize. I had to ask the house keeper the next day for mouse traps. It was just horrible. Would not recommend

Inspection of our room the blanket was stained n dirty. I called the night before,Asst manager said they had keurigs in rooms. Brought our supplies. Only to find out the suites only. Also front desk was not helpful or apologetic for us being misinformed. Carma took over 5 mins to talk to manager. I asked her opinion about being told their was a keurig and she said go buy one. I said that was unacceptable answer. . Asked for more coffee as 3 of us. Only enuf for 2 in room. Housekeeping visited and told i had no right talking to carma at front desk the way i did as she was her spouse. She did bringb towels n coffee. Also Room was missing a coat rack where towels go and we could hang coats. Then we had a mouse in our room saturday but they did not attend to until we left on Sunday. Simple apology for misunderstanding would of went a long way.
