Desk clerk was extremely kind and very helpful The first time I was there I had a very nice room. The second time I was there I was downstairs and it wasn’t very nice. It was adequate, but it wasn’t very nice

we arrived much later than expected and were very grateful to have 24 hour staff/ service which allowed us to get some sleep before a very early morning start; the room was clean, quiet, and easily accessible. very good deal for the price too. thank you for a quick but enjoyable visit.

Dated and dirty. The room we stayed in could have used a deep cleaning and some TLC. There were some efforts made to improve the quality but there was more that could be done. The locks weren’t very secure, it looked like someone had broken in at one point and a quick fix was made. The carpet had what I thought were blood stains. The owners did a great job hiding the true condition of the property in their advertising.

We had called the property before hand to ask what the deposit and what the breakfast was like was the gentleman who answered said with card there is no deposit only with cash and that the breakfast would be hot. When we got there for checkin the lady said that there was a deposit but because of what I was told she didnt charge me only needed my card for safety measures. The next morning we went to breakfast and it was bagels and poppy seed muffins there wasnt anything hot other then waffles the juice they had was so watered down it didnt taste like juice. Theit washer and dryer didnt work the washer didnt clean the clothes they still smelled and has clear signs of dirtiness and then the dryer didnt dry the clothes even after 2 rounds of 45 minutes in. we had to hang them up in the room when we got back. The sink in our room was leaking and the handle was coming off. The only reason this isnt a one star is because of how nice that lady at the desk was she did a really good job but sadly her night manager didnt know what he was talking about even after working there for 10 years, very disappointed with my stay and I will jot be back.

It was a pretty good experience! I went to visit the Acadia National Park with some friends and the hotel was pretty large, clean and comfortable. Good options for breakfast and the staffs are very friendly.

This is well centered in Brewer area. Close to restaurants, shopping like Mardens Goodwill and Toyota dealership. What we did not like is the section we stayed at is run down outside and inside. The carpet needed deep cleaning and one of the beds needed to be replaced, the ceiling, venting, the bathroom door, the window drape had holes and was dirty. The outside felt like a crack neighborhood and noisy. I could go on and on. This place needs major attention.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was only 5 mins away from the conventio we were attending . Everyone was very friendly, plan on staying there again if the convention is in the same venue next year

Think twice about this place

Hotel is very dated, beds were lopsided, no hot water in shower, no ice bucket, limited toiletries, broken remote- had to get batteries and had tape to fix it. Breakfast was mediocre at best, but coffee was good and breakfast staff was nice. Front desk check out staff was not nice. I asked her for a receipt since she didn’t say anything to me, didn’t ask about my stay, no thanks- nothing. She said what else? I asked for my receipt she threw my room key on the counter and huffed and puffed like it was a big deal to hit print and retrieve it. The hotel was home to many voucher holders who were hanging around smoking and drinking, one guy dancing around the parking lot. They didn’t bother anyone but it was a little awkward. If I paid any more money for this stay I would have been livid, but couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
