This is a completely remodeled loft unit with an open floor plan and ample lighting throughout. The totally renovated master bath comes with a radiant heat ceramic tile floor for the cold winter months as well as a massaging shower head in the shower/tub, perfect after a long day of skiing. The living room sports a large flat screen television with cable and wireless internet. Unique built-in's frame the living space while the whole unit is wired with ten speakers for a whole-house stereo experience. The furnished balcony in this highest elevation SSCC building, overlooks Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and Banner Elk with long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The new clubhouse offers an indoor pool, fitness room, sauna and a hot tub for guests unwind after a day of skiing.
