3 Bedrooms + Loft and 3 full bathrooms. This condo is located at the base of Sugar Mountain Resort and is less than a five minute walk to the lodge, lifts and slopes, golf course, tennis courts, snow tubing, hiking and ice skating. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves with a great view of Grandfather Mountain or grab a blanket and snuggle up in front of the fireplace.

The condo is very conviently located close to the ski resort. There is a trail that goes to the resort. The kitchen had a good assortment of dishes that you need. Would recommend to others.

One of the best !

This property has a five star rating for a reason. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. Rooms are all of good size, cozy and comfortable all in one. Kitchen spices and supplies stocked well. The path to tubing is great you don’t have to drive. Short four minute walk. Host was great with any questions you might have. Answered promptly. Definitely would recommend. Angela

Great location to the slopes for a great price

I loved the location to be able to walk a path to the upper parking lot to get to the slopes. Good clean place with plenty of supplies for everything he would need. Only issue I had was some minor things with the Microwave going out and tripping the breaker when we were using tons of laptops in the house and. The other thing was the garbage disposal wasn’t working, but I’m sure the owner will fix it right away because he was very attentive to any immediate needs I had.

Accurate description and pictures!

Walking distance to slopes. Comfy beds and plenty of blankets. Plenty of room and so nice to have 3 bathrooms with hot water and nice towels . Kitchen well stocked with utensils and needed appliances. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location to the mountain. Super convenient to walk to the slopes. Very clean and cozy. We loved the decor and the cozy fireplace. Very quiet and perfect for a family. I’ve saved this spot for next year!

We enjoyed the view from the living room. Very cozy and a bit tight. Parking lot was to small for all the units located up there. But we could see the ski slope from the place. Very close to skiing and ice skating.

Love the Sugar Shack

The property was exactly what we needed as a family. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. Perfect distance up Sugar Mt, we enjoyed our stay so much and look forward to returning. We enjoyed the board games and sitting on the deck in the cool evenings. Great communication with the host, will stay again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Location, location, location! We loved being able to take a short trail walk (with beautiful creek) to Sugar Resort to snowboard and ice skate. Very comfortable and cozy condo cabin. Will be back again!

Great place to stay!

There were 9 of us total and we had more than enough room. The loft was perfect for kids and unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfy. They even had tons of fun games. We will definitely be booking this until again.

Winter storm extension.

We were due to check out and a winter storm dumped 12 inches of snow making it impossible to leave. The unit was rented for that day, but the owner was able to allow us to stay one more day in which we were able to leave.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay! A few little bumps in the road but Sean’s communication with us was fantastic. The location was perfect- a short walk to the slopes made it super easy to come back for lunch breaks. We can’t wait to return to Sugar Mountain!

Great location and access to ski resort activities!

We loved staying at this property for New Year's weekend and Sean was amazing! Even though we had a bit of trouble with GPS getting us to the location we were able to contact him very quickly and he helped us out. The property was the perfect space for us (we were two families of 4 (2 adults/2 kids each)) and definitely beat staying at a hotel with all it's amenities. There is a walk way that gets you directly to the slopes, tubing and ice skating. We ended up extending one more night just to get the snow storm that was coming and the views...Oh my! The views!!! Just breathtaking!!! Everything covered in white was so spectacular to see! The kitchen was pretty well equipped with all the essentials. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Sugar Mountain Resort, you wont regret it!!

The perfect spot

This condo was perfect for our group. We went to Sugar Mountain to do some downhill mountain biking and hiking. Location was great, the outside deck was nice to hang out on. They had lots of games for the kids and the loft was perfect for our 10 year olds. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. Communication with our host was great. We will definitely be back!

Sugar mnt bike race

Sean was great. He was very prompt on responding to me. We had a scheduling issue that requires us to be at Sugar a day early and he was able to accommodate us. Overall the place had everything we needed with the right amount of beds and enough space for all. We were there for a mnt biking race and our pit set up was a 3 min walk through the woods. Great location. If u want to be close to the base of the mountain lodge. This is the best location.
