A very pleasant stay

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. We thought it was good value. The rooms were modern, secure, comfortable. There were only a few things we would change: there were no hot drink facilities, the drainage is a little loud from rooms upstairs, the flush to our toilet keep running at times. Could also hear people in corridor clearly, maybe heavier doors are needed. But those are small things and we really liked our stay of 4 nights. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Excellent place. Miguel was very helpful and professional. The rooms are clean and quiet. Wished WiFi is better. Other than that, Hotel Constanza is highly recommended.

Very Clean. Room, bedding and towels were changed and cleaned daily. The front desk was very kind and welcoming upon check in and check out. Not far from several main attractions - 5 minutes walking distance if not less to the metro ( used once). Perfect location for everything that is in walking distance. Tapas next door at Mercat were the best we had in Spain.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The people at the front desk were very polite and informative. They assisted us with all the questions we had. The only thing that needs to be updated, is that they do not offer breakfast anymore, this was offered a long time ago and new customers need to be aware of this. There is a breakfast place next to the hotel which was very good. Enjoyed the experience at this hotel.

The hotel is exactly what it says it is. It's a 2 star hotel in the heart of Barcelona. No streaming services available on TV. Decent bed and bathroom but pillows quite thin. No on site food/room service. What you don't get in amenities you make up for with location. For the price we really can't complain. Very easy to walk to many places and restaurants. Staff very friendly.

My husband & I stood here for two nights & our check in process was interfered by the power outage in Spain. The staff was doing their best to accommodate our check in smoothly. Luckily we were able to check into our room and settle in before the hotel was affected by the power outage. I enjoyed how everything was all within 5-10 min. away from shopping stores and restaurants. I wish their lighting was brighter & had more lights where needed but we were able to manage for the two night stay. I recommend the balcony room as it’s nice to walk out & feel the fresh air in the morning or evening.
