This hotel is exceptional! I really loved my stay here. Our room was really clean and big. The location is conveniently located in the heart of the city. We were able to just walk to to the Christmas market locations in Münsterplatz and Barfusserplatz. The hotel staffs were really nice and very helpful. There is also a very good restaurant on the first level called Bohemia. I would definitely recommend this place.

Not only was our room super clean and comfortable, but the staff truly is the shining star. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and will assist you with any help you need - from finding where your riverboat is docked to helping you with finding but eventually replacing your lost phone. The staff was excellent. They were extremely helpful. I was recovering from a knee surgery during our visit and the staff were very accommodating. The location of the hotel is very good for sight seeing and shopping.

Through no fault of the hotel, construction directly outside hotel was noisy and inconvenient. Hopefully this will be finished soon. Great location for getting around the city. The staff at the front desk was exceptional and we really enjoyed our waiter, Victor, in the dining room.
