After travelling for 4 hours on a very hot day, we arrived at the Motel & just wanted to relax a while before dinner. It was 32 degrees. The air conditioning was on but was not pumping out cool air. We thought it might need some time to work properly, so we went and had dinner. After an hour we arrived back at the room & it was still not cool. I rang reception who said to press the reset button. We did this several times & it didn’t fix the problem. We were left to have a sleepless night, very uncomfortable, in a very hot room. We will not stay at the Panorama again!!

This motel was clean and tidy, friendly staff, nice looking restaurants and bar. Clean, nice swimming pool- great for kids. Simple and effective for our stay. Easy to walk downtown.

Stopped here for one night. Although dated the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The tiles on the floor of the shower area and inside the shower need a good scrub down, as it seems that soap residue has made the floors exceptionally slippery which was very dangerous. The staff we dealt with were lovely. The bistro was good, with a good selection of meals. Liked the security gate at the front of the motel accommodation, that could only be accessed by card.

The only issues i had was there was no body wash, so i had to buy my own and getting out of the place was hard if it was busy as its on the freeway and you cant make right turns.

The room was nice and tidy on arrival, but unfortunately during the during the second days stay the cleaner had decided to search my belongings, I reported this to reception but the person wouldn't let me finish explaining and would talk over me, really wasn't listening and made me feel like i was lying. I also asked for the sheets to be changed (twice) as there was a stain on the sheet, but this request was ignored, as it was expalined to me that extended stays dont require the sheets to be changed for up to 7 nights, even with the stain being evident from the first night. If you don't want your privacy invaded by strangers searching your belongings, and resonablr requests for changing the sheets to be ignored, then I wouldn't stay here ! I know i will never stay here again !
