No, a waiter should never pour wine from a small cup to refill a guest’s glass. Proper wine service requires pouring directly from the original bottle for several reasons: Presentation & Authenticity – Guests should see the label to verify the wine they ordered. Quality Control – Pouring from a cup could raise concerns about freshness, contamination, or substitution. Professionalism – It looks unrefined and unprofessional, especially in a fine dining setting. Temperature & Aeration – Wine is best served from the bottle to maintain its proper temperature and aeration.

The Watermark is a 5 star Hotel with an excellent restaurant, bar and staff. Mr. Bill provided the upmost hospitality, above and beyond any hotel that I have ever stayed at.

Hotel is nice, we stayed on a Saturday night and had a room on the side of the hotel that had a band and nightclub across the street. The partying was going on past midnight and we could hear the band from out room. that was somewhat of a problem
