Breakfast didn’t start on time which we had to leave for a soccer game and then had to make time to stop and pick up on the way. Very inconvenient. Said the worker got in late and breakfast would be another hour. Everything was okay. Room is spacious and comfortably fit 5 of us. Sofa bed mattress had no mattress cover and kids had to sleep on sofa cushions so they wouldn’t be sleeping on the mattress coils. The beds were decent. Fridge microwave and big closet. Good enough for just a quick overnight stay without spending any time in the room except to bathe change and sleep.

By far the nicest "affordable" hotel I've ever stayed in.. just a really nice place over all... very pleasantly surprised.... excellent breakfast options... magnificent beds.. good showers... friendly folks... It did however...take a little while to get the deposit back...but I did get it without extra effort... you'll enjoy the stay ..

When I walked in the room, they had toenails on the floor, so I went to the front desk and told them that I did not want the room. Can I get my money back? They told me I had to contact Expedia in order to get a refund because I did not stay there.

Terrible stay

There were two things that were disappointing. First, when I made my reservation, there was no indication that I would have to pay a $75 surcharge for my pet, and that should always be made known upfront. Secondly, the bathroom was disgusting, and the bathtub was extremely filthy. But because my stay was for only one night, and I was literally at the hotel for less than ten hours (I slept most of the time), I made no complaints to the front desk. But I will probably not make future reservations with the Comfort Inn.
