The staff is wonderful - any issues (only one) are immediately addressed. The room is well appointed and very roomy. Our king bed room was upgraded to a king suite. We have stayed here often and have always been happy with our accommodations and the friendly, efficient and helpful staff.

The hotel offers fair value for money. The breakfast options are basic and some more fresh fruit options would be good. Being close to the road traffic noise can be a slight issue at night, but this has to be expected.

The bed was comfortable. The room always felt muggy and humid. Had to keep the ac down cold to not feel wet. Front desk help when I checked in acted like I was a burden being there. The breakfast was good.

NEVER STAY HERE!

Place smelled bad upon arrival, pool had some kind of film on it and seemed to be contributing to smell through whole place. Had broken picture in room, AC rattled the whole time it was on, the towel rack was broken off wall and missing and the shelving unit for towels fell off wall when closing door. Breakfast was horrible and ran out of many items. I have travelled for 40 years and this was by far the worst hotel I have been to. There is not one good thing I can say about the place.
