My husband had a job in Beaumont and i decided to tag along,,, we arrived at the hotel before check in time. Since he had to leave for the job site they were very understanding of me waiting in the lobby and actually let me check in early as soon as a room was cleaned. Super helpful and friendly front desk workers. Pool was cold and hot tub was off but it was February. Free breakfast was nice. I highly recommend a stay here Beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean.

Affordable option

Clean hotel, friendly staff! Really spacious rooms. My only complaint would be there are no mattress encasements on the beds. The sheets were too small and kept slipping off and you could see bare mattress, which is unsettling.

Hot water was coming out Brown. Front desk said nothing about it at check in. Tub had brown water sitting in it, so they had to have known about it.

I have a disability and my service dog makes it possible for me to travel for work. When checking in at this property the desk clerk told me they do not allow pets, even though Jake was wearinghis vest clearly marked "service dog". When I informed her he is a service dog, she became irritated and would not speak to me. Throughout the whole check in process, the woman did not say more than ten words to me. I don’t know if it's dogs or people with disabilities that she has a problem with, but either way, I was not treated in a respectful manner.
