I would not rate this Hampton Inn very highly. The front desk was not customer friendly and the overall experience was disappointing.
I made my reservation months in advance, yet when I arrived at 4:00 PM, I still had to wait another 30–40 minutes for my room to be ready.
The pool and hot tub area should not have been open for guests. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and even had a missing window in the pool room.
When I arrived at the front desk, the employee was sitting in the lobby area on her phone. I stood there for about 5-8 minutes before she got up to check me in.
Overall, the service and maintenance at this location did not meet the standards I expect from a Hampton Inn.
