We stayed here one night during a long road trip. The staff was great -- friendly and helpful. The room was fine. The AC didn't fully work, but it worked enough. The bed was squeaky, but very comfortable. This hotel is literally next to a highway, but the noise didn't bother me. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. We got upgraded when we checked in, which was a nice surprise. So we ended up in a room with a kitchenette! We got takeout and ate it off real plates. I filled and ran the dishwasher (!) before we checked out. There was a full size fridge and microwave, too. Lovely! I would stay here again.

Front window shade torn at bottom about 12". The bathroom sink faucet was loose from the counter. I felt they could easily charge me for these ! The person upstairs stomped all night until I screamed! He stomped out then came back. I left at 3 p.m. Staff has to be more responsible .

Room 500 is very a spacious king suite. But it is Right over the lobby and faces the highway. One king bed was in a separate room. with no windows. Thought I’d get a good night sleep without any traffic noise. However, the two smoke/carbon monoxide detectors blinking lights did not make for a good night sleep. Also, the door sticks and makes a loud noise when opening. Midnight bathroom run woke the others. In the bathroom, the toilet was not cleaned. There were Urine stains on the toilet seat and rim. The shower curtain was torn. Had to ask for extra towels because there were only two bath towels for a suite that sleeps five. When checking out, I let the clerk know that the door sticks and makes a loud noises when opened. All she said was “Yeah, OK.” No “thank you for letting us know. Or I’ll tell maintenance. o Sorry about that.” Nothing!
