Don’t do it!

Hotel is horribly outdated, dirty and hot. The thermostat in the hallway of the hotel read 81 degrees. The first room I was put in smelled like mold and was hot. After complaining I was moved to another room and there wasn’t much difference. Had the website displayed accurate pictures and an accurate rating I would have never booked there.

Ok stay, but…

My stay was ok, however my room was not cleaned, no service to address my needs. Also, my family occupied a total of six rooms this stay and there was no services to offer clean towels, tissue or even clean our rooms. My family stayed for two days.

Yay chandler!

It started off rough because my mother is on oxygen and uses a walker and they didn’t tell us about the service elevator so she had to use steps. But wait! Chandler who is frickin awesome made everything better! Told us about using the service elevator and housekeeping staff is so nice!!! Chandler needs a raise he is the nicest!!!

Won’t be returning

Check in was for 3. I arrived at 330 bc sometimes they can run late. Room was not ready. They put me down in another poolside room although it was less expensive, money was not refunded. Room was hot, did not cool off until after 7. Bathtub was dirty, ice bucket, dirty. Room smelled of mildew. Although it was called a deluxe, there was nothing deluxe about it. Pool was cloudy, I could not see clearly through the water, there was also a lot of stringy hair and bugs floating in the water. I early checked out 5 hrs after checking in for a $150 room plus $50 deposit

The hotel was old, different from the photos on the site the Ac in the room was falling apart the the front of it hanging off plus didn’t cool completely the water dripped all night in the tub went to the free breakfast and even thought it was still 40 minutes before it ended there was no biscuits, no eggs, no grits and no clean tables with only one person cleaning the tables and taking people drink orders totally disappointed
