Very good choice of hotel.

Very good location. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was fine. Nice lounge area. Some of the furnishings are a bit shabby.

Stayed for a weekend break with the family. Hotel was central and easy to navigate to and from. Food at hotel was very nice, however other parts need work to align with other positives. Rooms need a revamp as stains on floors and just a bit of lack of focus on refreshing after probably serving thousands of customers. Little things that go along way is filling the tea coffee and supplying a biscuit to have with your drink, but after receiving one on the first night in your room they then don’t replenish any further nights you’re staying, which these touches go further than Clayton think. Next, room didn’t get cleaned one of the nights even though we were out all day, then even asked at 7pm why it was and if it could be. Staff stated it would be as cleaners still cleaning, but when we went out and arrived back later on to find it wasn’t done. TV didn’t work with terrible signal, luckily not something we had time to use a lot and finally in comparison to Manchester Clayton definitely in two different leagues as this one failed to reach that standard. Overall, would choose a different hotel to visit.

Our first stay at a Hotel in a long time. Provision of only a bath and hand towel was different from previous hotel visits in N. America. Room was pleasant without a view, but it is a city centre location., and a view was not expected.

Average. The hotel is a bit worn out. Furniture does not look fresh or clean. Room is also dated and worn. Lack of parking is an issue.

Close to the train station, clean, friendly and the food was excellent in their restaurant! Comfortable and good size room for price.

Not as good as other Clayton’s

Good location and the reception and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly, however the room was dates with lots of damage not repaired well. Not sure what made our room a “delux room” as it had an additional signal bed in there so we had no room, there was no fridge and the bedding needed swapped as it was covered in hair and had coco pops on it (we hoped) bedding was changed promptly but there’s better Clayton’s and better value in Belfast as well.

Good city centre hotel

Was happy to return for my 3rd stay at The Clayton Hotel Belfast. As always the staff are top notch, friendly, helpful and professional. I stayed on 7th floor in an executive room for 2 nights, room was large, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Had an issue with sink in the en-suite as it was clogged / blocked which was a little disappointing but overall the stay was very enjoyable. There is a multi storey car park 2 mins walk from hotel, the hotel is in a great location beside bars, restaurants and shops etc
