I stayed for one night with my wife and 2-year-old baby. The staff was nice and professional. We asked for a crib, and it was delivered to our room, but unfortunately, it had several yellow stains on it, which made us very uncomfortable. We asked for a different one, but they told us they only had that one. We used clean towels from our washroom to cover it. For the Hilton brand, I expected more. The room, in general, is old, and you can tell it hasn't been cleaned properly for a long time. The water in the pool was extremely salty, maybe due to too many chemicals. The water was cold, and there were yellow marks on the wall. The jacuzzi temperature was nice, and the jets were working as they should, but again, the water was dirty with gray bubbles around. Overall, the stay was nice, with pleasant staff and good breakfast, but unfortunately, the hotel needs to pay more attention to cleaning and better maintenance of the pool and jacuzzi.

I gave it a three rather than a two because the staff was really great and accommodating. Probably won’t stay here again as our room had dog pee all over it. It was so stinky. We ended up moving rooms. The next room was great however, the hot water in both the rooms never got hot. The heater didn’t seem to work. It just stayed freezing the whole time Our room was not stocked very well. We ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night and then there was no cream the next morning when we went to have coffee, shampoo and conditioner were empty, and the beds are very outdated and uncomfortable.

This was a nice affordable stay. The only real hiccup was something that I was told could have been resolved if I had the Hilton app. I was not willing to download yet another app so did without a TV for the first night because no remote was in the room. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant enough.
