🔹 Renovated bathroom: With a spacious shower with glass partition, modern toilet and integrated washing machine for extended stays.



🔹 Equipped kitchen: American-style kitchen with wooden bar, equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, electric hob and basic kitchenware.

✅ Long stays: Special rates available for bookings of 30 nights or more between November and April.

Gym: It is a private establishment and applies its own rates. Benalcoast Properties does not have access to discounts or any kind of special treatment. Please consult directly with the responsible company.



We inform you that the building staff, including reception, swimming pool, maintenance, cleaning of common areas and security, are not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any queries or incidents related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding staff.



✅ Building with lifts and access to all common areas:



5 swimming pools with water slides (one open in winter, alternating between the large and the heated one at 23 °C)



Gardens, sun loungers (for a fee), bar, restaurant, games room and supermarket open every day on the ground floor.



Gym in the building (with supplement, payment direct to the gym).



🕒 Check-in: 24-hour Reception. Check-in from 15:00 (from 15 June to 15 September, check-in from 16:00). Early check-in, upon request and subject to availability, with a supplement of €20.



🚗 Parking: Space subject to availability.



📺 Community satellite TV: Subject to the building's general signal (we cannot guarantee or be responsible for occasional signal losses).



🏊‍♀️ The opening hours of the swimming pools and water slides may vary depending on the season. Benalcoast Properties does not manage these facilities, so claims related to their closure will not be accepted.



⚠️ Important Notice:

To facilitate and expedite the registration process, an image of your identity document and a selfie will be requested, which will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and deleted the day after check-in. All guests must register in accordance with local regulations. You will receive a secure link one week before your arrival to do this online. If you do not receive it, please let us know as soon as possible.



🔐 We do not request a refundable deposit. However, we ask for a credit card number as security, up to a maximum of €200, only in case of damage. This measure allows us to offer you a worry-free and peaceful stay.



The apartment has a timer device for the air conditioning of 2, 4 and 6 hours (energy-saving measure).
