The historic nature of the property and the location are excellent. We had a road-facing room with a lot of road noise, but in a college town that probably cannot be helped. My family’s other two rooms faced the inner section of the hotel which was less scenic but much quieter.

Everything was great! Stopped here for a night on my way from Florida to Chicago was cleaner and better service than the Hilton we stayed at in Macon Georgia,definitely recommended it! My daughter fell in love with this historic hotel,loved the vintage vibe! Food was delicious,again better than these high end named hotel chains along I75

A gem

We really were happy to find this beautiful historic gem. Everything is beautiful. The on site restaurant is excellent and the staff is wonderful. We did encounter a problem with the shower and they gave us a key to another room to use that shower. Breakfast was delicious and our waitress Bell was so sweet.
