Minimal staff but good. Zaira in the front desk was courteous, professional, and very helpful to a travel-weary guest. Very close to the train station, and that was a boon. Would appreciate a couple more amenities in the bathroom. Recommend this place and will certainly stay there again.

Our 3 days stay were pretty good, nothing special to say overall. We just happended to have a 5th floor room and on the Friday from 1am until 4:30 am, there was a party at the bar right above on the 6th floor - more like a club bar than your classic bar - and was terrible night because of the vibration and the sound of bass even to one floor below; we haven't been told in advance obviously. Hopefully it was last day but this is something to be taken into consideration if you plan to sleep when the bar is open in this hotel; take good earplugs or go to the party to avoid crapy night.

Nice hotel, good location and friendly staff. Unfortunately very poor mobile connection inside the hotel. And their WiFi is marked as 'not secure' when you want to log in. The poor network also causes problems when you use the hotel's 'digital key'. Their online check-out is also difficult to understand. I ended up being checked out at 01.00 am, after which my digital key did not work
