Great little hotel & enjoyed our stay. Staff made it perfect. It is not as close as the other Garner hotel to Checkpoint Charlie but it was close to Topographie of Terror and some excellent restaurants. Downside - double doesn’t mean normal nice double so we upgraded for 20 euros which was well worth it.

Ideal venue for a visit to Berlin. Very close to Checkpoint Charlie. Good breakfast selection and helpful reception staff.

With any holiday, you budget for it. So I was very surprised to turn up to hear I have to pay around 400 euros for the hotel stay. To put this into context, I used an active card to pay prior to visiting and my end it shows on Expedia that I’m paid up. However, this was not the case. It would have been courteous of the hotel to have contacted me immediately when they realised this. However they did not mention this at all. And there was communication between myself and the hotel prior to this trip. Disappointing and poor communication!!

In a 4 star hotel there should be more international tv channels. We only had FR24 in English. There should be also shampoo and conditioner for guests.

No parking, no a/c, bed is not the most comfortable, dont forget you're charger, and if youre from the US brong an adapter they cannot help you with this. Water at the front desk is overpriced.

the staff was very friendly and serving with hearth. I was very impress specially with the dinning staff. As I am from India, we are habituated to drink lots of water, so in India we get water in room by room services which was not there.

My room was recently renovated. Good size room, lovely washroom, large closet with cubbies, fluffy towels, kettle and cups, safe, delicious breakfast. I was able to open windows which was nice. Close to public transportation.

This is a nice hotel in a very convenient spot of Berlin where you can easily use metro for everywhere. You can also walk to the center since a lot of nice sightseeing are not so far. The only problem i have was the heating that is was not so hot since the weather was cold. I would definitely comment this hotel
