The home spans 3,356 sq. ft., featuring numerous inviting spaces for relaxation or family game nights. The large 1.7-acre private lot includes a back deck, patio furniture, barrel sauna, hot tub, fire pit, and charcoal grill for your leisure enjoyment. After a day of exploring, unwind by the St. Joseph River, where you can float or paddle a kayak.
