I don’t like leaving a poor review but wish I’d had more insight before booking. Room was dirty & neglected. Same with the grounds. The lady that checked us in left a line of customers in the lobby for 10+ mins then was cold and not welcoming. There was a younger man that helped us when we needed another blanket for the pull out bed and he was great. We did like how close it was to the Village. I’ll looo elsewhere next time.

This stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was perfect as well as curtious, accommodating and friendly. Even when the mountain was closed down, they made the stay pleasant and fun. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant place to visit.

room was very cozy. only complaint is that i wish there was something filling the gap between the bed and wall because our pillows kept falling through. staff was very friendly and helpful. when our fireplace wasn’t working they came and fixed it within 5 minutes of me calling. it’s a nice property right by the village and a short walk from the lake. would book again

To start the room smelled so bad! Dust everywhere and we had to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom. The second night the key stopped working and we had to walk in the freezing cold to go get them make the keys work again.
