Excellent stay! My next trip back to Billings, I will be staying here again. The shuttle availability, friendly staff, and the convenience of being downtown and the ability to walk to the surrounding shops and resturants is great. Not to forget the Valet parking along with secured parking is a major plus.

This is an old classic hotel that has been nicely updated and consistently has wonderful staff who care about your experience. We will continue to stay there on visits to Billings because the amenities are nice, the restaurants are terrific and the service is excellent. The only thing I wish the hotel rooms had are in-room refrigerators for water and leftovers. But the rooms are nice, cleaned daily, with great beds, quality linens and nice views from the upper floors.

The Northern Hotel has been a landmark and icon in Billings dating back to my childhood in the 1950s. It has been well maintained and continues to be the premier place to stay in Billings. Staff is very friendly; liked the free self parking.

The stay was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. This is a great property to stay if you are on a holiday or a staycation. Also we have lot of places to explore pretty close to the place which also makes it exciting. The parking is not hard with the property as they provide you space in the public parking lot and it makes it comfortable for visitors. If visiting Billings again, would stay here again

Very pleasant staff. Rooms great. Bathrooms a little small but is an older hotel. Two queen bedrooms are about double the size of singe king bedroom.
