Great value

Very reasonable and just a nice place. 3 nice chairs in room, great pillows, good bed, convenient lamps and cabinets. For the price- plus a good breakfast- it is a very good value. Everyone was nice.

It’s a great hotel for an overnight stay in the midst of a long road trip as was our use case. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the small breakfast buffet. There were many good food & drink options in the downtown region (~0.5 mi away). For the money, I’d recommend this hotel to a traveler.

Couldnt have a better location. Simple, but has VERY comfortable beds! Breakfast was delicious!!! Service was friendly and they comminicated well. Overall pleased with our experience.

Clean & inviting hotel perfect for a one night stay. Fresh baked cookies were a bonus. The entrance & elevator areas were pretty tight but manageable. Breakfast was better than most hotels too.

The River Sage Inn was a good place to stay!

The staff was very accommodating. The room was fine. I had a problem with the TV and they took care of it right away. It was quiet and very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Expedia gave this place. 4.2 rating that’s why we doomed the room once we got there. I would say it should be a 2.4 rating was meet in the parking lot by homeless people asking for money. Hotel staff had to kick people out of the entrance area. Then we checked out at 7am once again had homeless people sleeping behind cars we had to move our car just to get to where we could pack our thing with out being harassed. I wish we could get our money back was very disappointing in Expedia rating this at 4.2.
