Rooms are spacious and clean. The property is safe and close to fast food restaurants. Even though it’s pet-friendly, we had a very peaceful stay.

Another customers music was so loud we couldn’t sleep at 1100 pm at night. It took an hour and a half and two complaints for it to be fixed. The only saving grace was the night time gentlemen who actually took a he call and did his job.

Will never stay here again.

The hotel was so poorly kept up, I felt it wouldn't last a wind storm. Ice machine did not work. Bleach smell was EVERYWHERE due to the pool. Cracks were in every ceiling, joint, corner, etc. This hotel was so dingy, I can't quite put it into words.

The hotel was outdated, with unacceptable mold and rust present in the restroom. While the staff were pleasant, the overall condition of the hotel was unsatisfactory.

HUMAN FECES ON WALL AND SEMEN ON COUCH.

The hotel immediately had an awful smell as we walked in. When we got in our room it was dirty. There was literal human feces on the bathroom wall,SEMEN on the couch cushion, the couch bed had no pillows or sheets for it, air didn’t works and the floor was disgusting. I asked the front desk guy for pillows and blanket and he said he had no pillows and only had sheets, no comforter for the couch bed. When I left the next morning I left my name and number for manage to call back no response. Called about 3 pm to follow up and the manager had left and had not called me back. I have stayed at so many comfort inns and never seen one in this condition.

The first room I was in the light above the bed would not turn off, the coffee pot was not working and the phone did not work. I got them to give me another room, it was marked as clean but it was actually a blocked room that someone trashed the THIRD room I got was decent but the hair dryer was off the mount on the wall and so was the moisturiser. I spend 6 days here. The breakfast is expectable and the lobby is nice. The pool was not heated but open and clean. Staff was very attentive however i think it was the facility manager who I talked to about the issues I had and she redirected the conversation when I explained what did not work in the room to say "well we have complimentary coffee 24/7 here in the lobby" which I do appreciate but I felt was a deflection of the actual issue which was the status of the first and second room that I had to get thru to get a room that was livable. Do more research than I did. The area has nice places. This hotel was nice-ish but beatable quality for the price.

Rude front desk clerk

Front desk clerk was rude. The ice machine didn't appear to be working. I asked front desk was it working and his response was " i don't know, I've been off the last 4 days" and then continued to work on the conputee as if i wasn't there. I stay there often lately and service has never been like this.

There was no microwave in the room and Cynthia was so helpful. She kept checking until she was able to get one put in the room. Also Cynthia was always smiling anytime you needed her help. All of the staff I countered was always courteous and very helpful.

Room was quite large but old and dated. Furniture needs updating. Only 1 remote for 2 tv's. The main drawback was that the pool was not usable as it was NOT HEATED. Very disappointing for the children. False advertising at best.
