Hotel is located in what seems like the middle of everything. My room was clean with a comfy bed. I slept like a baby. There was no traffic noise considering the hotel location. Breakfast was provided every morning, hot and cold. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. This location is on my list of places to stay in the Biloxi area.

Hotel is decent but the pool is much more underwhelming than the photos. Also we could not get towels , stating house keeping wasn’t there and needed to come back and wash them for people to get towels. Pretty hard not to have towels to shower etc and keep plans.

Room was nice, staff was very helpful, location was great. Only issue we had was that we chose this hotel because of the nice pool in the pictures, but it was closed (on Memorial Day weekend) because it was too chlorinated from just being cleaned. We were able to use the neighboring hotel’s pool, but it was somewhat crowded.

The property itself wasn’t bad. The pool had something happen to it before we checked in which meant kids couldn’t use it and we had to share the sister pool next door. That was a lot. Two hotels worth of guests in one pool. It was foggy water and too many people. Kids don’t always like the beach so we made sure to get a hotel with a good pool. Things happen though. Breakfast and room for the night was great.

We have stayed at this hotel three times. We always get the room with an ocean view. The room is always clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast has always been good in the past but left something to be desired this time around.

We stayed four nights. Checked in at 3 and had to wait an hour for room to be ready. Every remaining day had to wait in lobby for room to be cleaned at 5 pm. They did comp wine while we waited but when you just want to go to your room…. Pool was closed all but first day. Only had breakfast 1 day - powdered eggs, frozen potatoes, frozen pancakes. Chicken sandwich at lunch was good. Bar is exactly at the front desk so it’s awkward sitting there drinking. One staff member offered us pool towels for the beach, when we asked for them the next day they said it wasn’t allowed. Staff was pleasant enough.

Room was ok, washer and dryer were out of service. Pool closed for 24 hrs for chemical and staff lied and said it would open in 8 hrs. Non smoking property, but a quest on our floor was smoking cigars and late shift desk person would not help with this problem.

1st time visiting .... Hannah is very unofficial

we stayed between 5/16-5/19 when we arrived Liz was wounderful and pleasant as well as the second hostess ( didn't catch her name) we checked in on Friday and we enjoyed the pool and then later that night we decide to try the 24hrs bar/grill. around 8pm ish we were greeted by Hannah and as she took out order she my sister repeated the order 3 times. Hannah was confined that she could remember 2 separate orders by memory she didn't write anything down or ring it in until after the fact. so we gave the order 1st order was 2 hamburgers, 1 chicken sandwich , a drink and 1 cheese cake $ 53.00. the 2nd order was 1 pc of cheese cake , 1 burger and 1 chicken sandwich $33.00. their were 3 ladies working that night , no one communicated a time or check in this us we had to ask a few times. The time wasn't the issue as long as someone could have communicated it with us. about an 1hr and half later Hannah brings the food out to us. the 1 order is missing a chicken sandwich , My sister tried to communicate that with her she then takes the chicken sandwich from the 2 order and said here it is. I said no that is the chicken sandwich with the second order and that is how you brought them out. in that moment she got an attuited with us and then the 2nd lady came over and processed to argue with us stating that the 1 order didn't have a chicken sandwich on it after they were told 3 times. as they contained to be rude. then after the manger refunded us. Hannah and the 2nd lady still very rude
