Housekeppers are rude and someone tried to break onto my room and they didnt do anything about it what so ever just asked me if i felt safe i said no and that was that secerity came but they just asked and left didnt follow up or anything it was me and my toddler daughter in the room and when i asked about cameras they said they didnt have them on the back half of the hotel at all

The room needs complete rehabilitation. The carpet needs replacing, the couch was worn out and nasty. The sheets were very old and had holes. All in all, not a good place to stay.
Carpet stains.
Wall going into the restroom looks like rust or needs painting.

-Rooms were nice and clean! However, the first morning house keeping didn’t mind the do not disturb sign and walked clear into our room! Second day we had a noon check out and house keeping did the same thing again but then told us we had to go check out was at 8! The worst part was on our second night! Someone (not a worker) had a key and was able to unlock our door and walked into our room! -Staff was not friendly! Much less professional! And zero help with my concerns! Not to mention at checkout there was multiple other families at the desk complaining! One complaint I did here was a man saying the denied his 4 year old breakfast because she didn’t have a card! Idk what hotels give 4 year olds cards.. but his child was unable to be served. -would not recommend this place to anyone!

I had a nice stay; it was sketchy at first but the lighted parking lot all night was a nice touch! The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was super amazing. More than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator needs to be looked at. The outside was very dingy, and it made a constant noise. But this did not affect my sleep, kept the tv on! I liked that I did not hear a peep from any neighbors. Thank you for your hospitality.

I would like my money back. I was asked to kill someone next door. They were screaming and throwing things. I am disabled and I drove for 13 hours to get to this hotel. I had a severe panic attack; couldn’t sleep, and I’m not happy. I didn’t feel safe to leave my room til morning.

Room was good for what it was. Went to breakfast before checking out and staff was kind of rude. Said kids aren’t allowed to grab anything and adults weren’t allowed to make the waffles with waffle maker. But check in and check out was smooth and easy! Very pleasant ladies!

When we first arrived we were given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, even though there was a sign in the room stating that it was non smoking. There was also a fresh cigarette burn in the comforter. I requested a different room and thankfully that room smelled much better. The room however is outdated, the carpet is dingy and outdated. The bathroom door would not shut all the way. The shower had poor water pressure and the temperature of the water was warm at best. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It had some sort of mattress pad but it didn’t help the comfort. It was also sloping unevenly. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. At around $80/ night, you definitely get what you pay for. I won’t stay here again, not can I recommend it.
