Walls are super thin and you can hear every conversation from the room next door. Staff was great but I had some rowdy neighbors that did not sleep through the night and had a loud conversation all night.

Location was Business district, however there were seedy characters hanging about. I would habe felt better if they ateast had a fence around the property. There wasnt any information regarding hotel amenities. Bathroom had loose wallpaper. But, the biggest disappointment was no continental breakfast for the price.

We don’t live very far from this location but we do like to stay overnight whenever we go to an event at the Arena. The hotel is right across the street. Easy parking in their parking lot make it convenient. If it’s a nice day, so many walkable options. The hotel staff are all so friendly & helpful.

Adults in swimming pool having marital relations while a 9 and 12 year old were swimming. We left. Young adults running up and down halls, knocking on doors.

I had to call the front office twice for a noise complaint across the hall, which did absolutely nothing to fix the situation or decrease the noise level (Yelling and constant door slamming from 12am-8am). I then was woken up to room service BANGING on my door at around 9:45, this happened around 3-4 times. I then went to go see what they needed until I watched as room service attempted to swipe her self into my room but I had the door deadlocked and it only opened partially. This is absolutely ridiculous, my checkout wasn’t until 11am, I paid for a suite and am very disappointed with this stay; the one purpose of the room is to sleep, something I couldn’t even do.
