The first night someone was given a key to my room and walked in unanounced while I was in bed. My belongings were moved out of my room after the first night and the room always given to someone else without informing me. When I asked why I was told that I was moved to another room. The staff was excellent, can’t say enough about how good they were. There were some problems with the rooms. The first room the television didn’t work. We were moved to another room and several of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent. Even with the room problems it was a good stay.

At first I was so happy because the decorating and the coffee (always available) was so good. However, it turned. I was there for 4 days. I only had housekeeping 1 of those days and that was ONLY because they marked my stay for only 1 night. I found that out when my key would not work the next day. So NO housekeeping, no fresh towels nothing. Then there was no stopper in the tub. To take a bath the towels were needed to plug the drain. On day 2 I went to the front desk and asked that the toilet be unplugged, the stopper be installed in the tub and requested housekeeping. Maintanence came quickly, toliet fixed, stopper installed BUT the stopper will not STAY UP. No way to empty the tub or take a shower without filling the tub. Housekeeping NEVER came. All I saved was the $20 house keeping tip. I would like my stay refunded or at the very least substantially reduced!!!

Room was dirty. Sraff was very rude. Houskeeper had a fight in the hallway. Pool was dangerous! There were 25 kids playing football in the pool with no adults there. We asked the manager for assistance and he said its not his problem. There was a fught in the rooms above us at 3am. Once agian the manager said its not his problem. I will be reporting this location to corporate and the city for code violations.

Staff were very kind and efficient. The area around the hotel was very clean. Our room was clean when we checked in. The door to our room was difficult to close. At times we couldnt even close it and had to use the top latch to feel secure. I did notify hotel staff when we checked so it could be looked into.
