One elevator was down so the wait time was long. My coffee maker in the room was non functional and the fridge did not cool properly. The hotel bedding and pillows were extremely coffee and the staff was friendly.

Old, outdated, rude, mold

I arrived early and understood they may not have rooms available yet. I was told absolutely no check in until 4pm (by a female employee) which was fine. I let them know I’d just sit in the lobby. My daughters had an even t at the college across the way, so they had to change in the lobby restroom. Again that was fine because there were no rooms available. Not even 30 minutes later a man walks in announces he’s there for check in and he’s immediately given a room. I walked to the counter and asked he employee (a man had taken over) if the gentleman in front of me had just checked in and he confirmed that he had. I explained I’d been told absolutely no check ins until 4, he seemed confused why I would’ve been told that they had plenty of open rooms available. He checked me in. We got a room on the 6th floor. The hotel is filled with perfume sprays to cover the mold smell. Our rooms AC vent was full oh mold and the walls were painted to cover mold damage. There was food on the mattress and baseboard. There was blood on the bathroom wall and in the bedroom a giant bloody booger or something flung on the wall. The massive window to outside was also covered in black mold. We were only staying from few hours but we were given one partially used roll of toilet paper and that was all. The room was over $200 and this is just unacceptable all around. The hotel is old and run down. I would never stay there again or recommended others stay there.
