We arrived shortly after 8pm to check in. There was a long line of people standing at the front desk and only one person working the desk. The employee dehind the desk was constantly taking phone calls while the guests at the desk had to wait. We stood in that line for aboit 20 minutes. While standing in line, we heard other guests say that their keys werent working, or that they were put into a room with a bed that had no sheets. When we got checked in and walked to our room, our key worked, but our door was jammed shut. We got the front desk employee to come to our room door and he had to jimmy the door handle to get the door to open. Once inside the room, we were greeted with the stickest floor. When we walked on it, it sounded like someone had spilled a super sugary drink on the floor and didnt clean it up. The light switch shocked me when i turned it on. The water pressure in the shower was so intense, that it almost hurt. The bed was clean and had sheets (lol) The hallways shad and overwhelming stench of weed, cigarettes, and some very intense air freshener that i tjink they were teying to use to mask the smell of weed and cigarettes (lol) Overall, not the worst stay, but certainty not the best. It definitely wasnt worth the $150 i spent for a one night stay... and it definitely doesnt look or feel like the website listing makes it look and feel....

The staff were doing their best but were unable to fix a plugged up bathroom sink drain and reinstall a towel bar that fell off the wall. Gave them notice the day I checked in and was still not corrected 4 days later. The room was clean, the flooring was showing wear and stains. Bed was good. I would stay again though due to the price point. The office staff tried to correct the issue but they needed a plumber and maintenance person who knew what they were doing.

The stafff was really friendly. But the room was dirty. Carpet needed shampooing, the kitchen area floor has not been mopped in months. The bathtub and toilet was dirty. The sheets itched me all night. I almost got up at 4:00 and left to go home because I itched so much. I could not take a bath to finish my family weekend with my daughter. I ended up go to car and rushing straight home so that I could take a proper bath.
