The breakfast was awesome & the kitchen ladies were very nice & helpful. Several outlets in our room weren't useable. Poorly installed heater that ran every 3 minutes because cold air was continuely pouring in around it. No hot water by 8 a.m.No clock in the room. No spare blanket in the room. Only 4 hangers in the room. Pool area was filthy & only 3 out of 12 ceiling lights worked. No towels for swimmers. Umbrellas in the pool area that weren't necessary & were filthy dusty! Entry by elevator & entry to the building were filthy, garbage was always full outside by the door & we stayed 3 nights. General lack of maintenance for many years was quite apparent. Everthing was quite run down.

What a DUMP! Find another hotel!

The first room smelled awful and had black mold in the heater/ac unit. The second room was better, but the bed sunk in, the heater wasn’t working properly, and the toilet was not anchored to the floor. I had to call the front desk to ask for towels. The day I arrived I was informed that the pool and hot tub were not open. It would have been nice to know that in advance of my stay and offered to get my money back. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone nor stay there again.

Overall the room was fantastic. Only down fall is there was absolutely no bath towels in the room at check in. When we asked housekeeping for towels, they said they had no clean ones and we had to wait. We let the front desk know there wasnt towels but thankfully the front desk found one for us. We didnt get towels for another 3 hours after check in.

I was worried for my kids safety in the pool. Pool area unkept-garage everywhere. Random children were climbing up the slides. Hallways were uncept-un vacummed. Fitness room does not look like it was pictured. Mold on the water dispenser.

Terrible old hotel. We booked this place because it had two pools, one for littles and another for bigger kids. Upon walking into the hotel it was immediately clear that it was an older hotel, whatever that's fine as long as it's clean. We quickly change to go to the pool, didn't really look at the room. We get to the pool room and it's freezing, literally freezing, there's ice on the floor in the littles area. You can barely see across the pool room because of all the steam coming from the water. The water itself is also cold, too cold for toddlers to swim in it. We look around and the waterslides are covered in rust. At this point we call it and head back to the room, disappointed because this was the only reason we were here - to have a pool night. We get back to the room and start showering etc. and find mold in the bathtub and dried blood on the sheets. Enough is enough at this point, we pack up our stuff and go to the front desk and explain the situation to them. We told the front desk that this was unacceptable and that we weren't staying there. The guy at the counter was really nice and said that they understood and would provide a refund the following Monday. We have not received the refund and now they are denying it because they suddenly don't approve refunds through third party sites like Expedia. Nowhere does it state this other than whatever policy they decided to invent at the moment. I highly recommend avoiding this dingy old place!
