Though some of the aspects of the hotel are a little worn, it was spotless and the space was huge! I really thought the room was great. Some staff were fantastic, some were not as enthusiastic. Breakfast was a standard continental, limited choices in some areas but it was good. I would stay again. I have to mention again, how clean and spotless the hotel is. Parking was very easy.

We absolutely loved it. The room was gorgeous and the most comfortable bedding I have ever slept in. I want to find some for my bed at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices as well.

Beautifully decorated. Our hotel room smells like a new house. Love the brick walls and ceiling. Great location with a view overlooking the town. We enjoyed their annual Fire Station Parade from our room!

Adorable historic hotel we found by chance. What a great find! Wish we would have had time to check out the area. What we saw was so quaint. Beds were comfy and breakfast was good!

What a wonderful surprise! This historic building is beautiful and our room is magnificent! The furnishings are beautifully crafted, and I wish we were staying longer.

Our group LOVED this property! The place was so charming and had amazing areas for group gatherings. There is a beautifully outfitted outdoor area with gas fire pits and each floor had a large commons room that had 2 tv's and a full sized refrigerator with lots of seating options. The breakfast bar had several hot and cold options and we just loved the exposed brick, high ceilings and wooden floors. This is a hidden gem that we will definitely return to! It is right across the street from the train tracks and you could hear the train whistles throughout the night, so take earplugs or a sound machine if you are a light sleeper. A charming town with lots of potential and only 2 blocks from the train station where we got on Dora Trail which connects to the New River Trail. Perfect! We were able to take our eBikes on the elevator and store them in our rooms overnight. Highly recommend!
