Room reassignment was required due to odor. The second room had dirty kitchen pans, dust throughout the kitchen, and an incomplete sofa bed with missing linens. Very disappointing stay. We would not return, even though the location is excellent across from Virginia Tech where my grandson attends.

The woman who was at the front desk was very accommodating. She informed us that the pool was being renovated and that we could use the hotel across the street if we’d like to. She provided extra towels and water bottles upon check in. She gave us breakfast information and a few local restaurants. Great service!
