Customer service was great and they double checked to make sure everything was good with my room. Property was really quiet. Only improvements could be to make the breakfast optionsa little better choices.

For a cheap place it’s cheap and back in time

Housekeeping needs better training on cleaning the ledge around pictures by bed was sticky and dirty, tv stand was very sticky, pillows are small square pillows and should be replace, bed need changed and sizes need to be what it says we booked queen and both beds were fulls has an old place smell carpet need replaced tub faucet needs fixed almost fell off

The staff were very nice. The place could use a bit more cleaning. I did not the idea of everyone using the same bottle of milk and same bottle of apple juice at breakfast. They should have had individual mini cartons.

That are trying.

So I went for twenty minutes and left. I did not stay at this hotel. The juice and coffee machine said out of order. But he had a carafe of coffee, so I guess that would have been okay. Maybe. The first room I went into had some white powder, possibly dry wall who knows on the T. V stand and it was a decent amount in a line or two, but not covering the entire stand and the window would not lock. He tried and tried and decided to give us a different room on the second floor. That window also would not lock and station, which, at least for safety reasons of intruders that would have been okay. But I had a small child and I do not like windows that can open easily all the way because kids are crazy.And I don't want my child jumping out the window. It also was to accommodate 5 of us, one of them being my older teenage daughter, which is basically an adult size, and there is no way 2 small beds would have fit us. It stated they were queen size, but I believe they were full size. They did offer to bring some type of caught in to the room, but there was no space for that, and we would have had to crawl over beds to get into the bed if we did something like that.Because you couldn't even put it against the wall side.On the opposite end of the door. So I had to make a decision with my family and their safety in the size of the room and left.

There was no security at this establishment. Outside locks didn't work to enter the building. No security latch in the room, just the deadbolt. Room needed a good vacuuming. Small debris on the floor. Entire place smelled like Marijuana. From the lobby, to the hallways and even in the room. Do not recommend staying here.
