The heat/air in the room was not functional. The first room we were put in was too hot with no way to reduce/ stop the fan or adjust the temperature. The next room we were placed in also had dysfunctional controls and we were unable to adjust the temperature. Fortunately we could open the window which helped. The door to the bathroom was split into two sections - very inconvenient especially in such a small room.

Beautiful campus and building. What an impressive and fun place to stay! We stayed Memorial Day weekend after attending my niece's wedding. We loved everything about it, but front desk help and friendliness. Absolutely terrible!

Comfortable and Quiet

It was very comfortable and convenient to stay at Biddle Hotel during my former professor's retirement celebration events. Plenty of restaurants in the walking distance. The event ended up lasting a little longer than I had expected, and I really appreciated that the hotel management graciously allowed me to extend my check-out time.

The building had lot of characteristics and history beautiful building. Unfortunately inside hotel was dirty especially the elevators. Doesnt even look like they ever are wiped down. Had a cleaner lady with a cleaning cart with trash can attach enter our elevator while we were on it looked up from her phone long enough to say a floor number for her and not even a thank you or please or have a wonderful day. To busy shopping for a car on her phone. Ridiculous really!! Only encountered 2 good employees while staying the 3 nights. Room we stayed in was so so. Only a half roll of toilet paper. Found silver fish in the bathroom. Found hair on our bed. Definitely disappointed in the hotel and the service provided!
