Parking was a challenge due to events that filled the parking area. Had to wait for someone to leave before entering. This happened on multiple occasions over my stay. Also one lobby elevator was not working.

The people who worked at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location could not have been any better. We were right in the middle of the University. The rooms were very nice. The price was very reasonable.

Indiana University visit

Our 2 night stay was OK. The reception staff at check in was not the friendliest or at least our person was somewhat annoyed to be there. The room was very spacious and well appointed; however there was a lot of dust over the wardrobe that was kind of flying around the room. There was also quite a bit of lipstick smudged all over the vanity and we had absolutely no soap in the bathroom. Soap issue was addressed quickly but the rest I had no energy to even bring up after my 17 hrs drive and just dealt with them myself. Overall, I am OK with the hatel and would stay there again, if in Bloomington, IN.

We were there for a Rugby tournament and it was very clean and comfortable. The doors to the bathroom are a little odd but it was fine.
