The breakfast was horrible. Oatmeal was cold. I broke a spoon trying to get the brown sugar. Had to wait and ask for a piece of bread. Egg things were cold. Orange juice was watered down. The bacon was literally translucent

Worst Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. I was given a handicap room even though I did not reserve one. The handicap shower had a removable head that did not work properly and had horrible water pressure. The AC in the room was extremely load and normally I like the white noise but the rattle was too much. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 and I was there 2 minutes early because I had to eat and run because of my schedule. I was told by the rude server it would be at least 15 minutes late and then she proceeded in slamming the door in my face.

Their consistent, excellent service is the single biggest reason we keep coming back. ​We have experienced a few minor cleanliness issues over our various stays—nothing major or disruptive to our trip, but enough to notice. However, these small oversights are consistently overshadowed by the outstanding efforts of the team. ​Overall: If you value exceptional customer service and a staff that treats you like family, this is the place to stay.
