Hotel's breakfast looked like it not been restocked at all and there was almost no food left at 8:30 am. My partner reported that the skim milk was spoiled, but I managed to get some cereal and 2% milk that was fine. I also got an old, beat up banana. There wasn't much else to eat. My guess is that the person that works the breakfast didn't show up that morning. The rest of the hotel was quite nice, and I didn't need a big breakfast anyway, so we had a good stay there.

The room was beautiful and very clean and the bed was perfect. Most of the front desk staff, unfortunately, was unprofessional. However, we would stay here again.

Staff at front desk was extremely friendly. Gym very nice. Unfortunately the room had a few things that stood out - sheets put on haphazardly and inside out; hair dryer doesn't work well (not at all powerful); and there were multiple stray hairs in the shower.

When I checked in, the clerk was nice. But put me into a double bed room when I'd booked a king bed. And told me that I could only have one key, in which I had two persons staying. Which neither worked. So I had to go back, talked to a different clerk, was given the king bed room and double keys. So that helped greatly. but it put me behind schedule figuring this all out and I missed the surprise of the surprise party I was heading too.

Fantastic location walkable to IU and all the shops and restaurants on kirkwood and the courthouse area The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good …. Nice lobby and easy parking garage . The rooms are large and good for families ….. comfy beds and nice bedding ….. the furniture is a little weathered but the set up is great We like this hotel for our visits to IU
