Weekend in Normal

Hotel was very nice and exceeded my expectations! The only downside was the fsct the only park3is across the street in a parking garage and no valet. Otherwise I was very pleased and would recommend.

They told me they could accommodate early check in so we got here early just for them to try and charge me $60, but when I spoke with them before coming they didn’t mention it once. So, they made us wait and wasn’t helpful at all.

Comfy beds.

The beds were really comfortable. Our TV remote was broken. There wasn’t enough soap in the bathroom. Great location. The service at the front desk was pretty lukewarm. Not very friendly.

Nice and comfortable place to stay

I dont think that the parking was very convenient. There was an ice storm while I was there (with warnings) and the hotels in the area, at first, did not place enough salt on walkways to ensure the safety of the guests. So, when I had to walk to the parking garage to get my car, and get my luggage and then pick up my luggage, with all the ice, it was very challenging. So, I would recommend more guest assistance when there is inclement (icy) weather. The employees were nice and check in was a breeze. The room was clean and nice.

Housekeeper loud

Have your housekeeping lady turn down her obnoxiously loud radio on her cart. We don’t want to wake up to that! Supposed to sleep in and be relaxed.
