I had an excellent stay and will always stay at this hotel during business trips to NSWC Crane. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was given a room quickly after I arrived on the first day. When I realized I would have to extend my stay after checking out and leaving in the morning, I was concerned. Upon my return at 12 pm, the front desk person didn't hesitate to give me a new room before the official check-in time. She was very magnanimous.

The check in was simple and easy. The room was clean, with except the bathroom. It had a liitle mold in the floor tiles. The breakfast was good. I needed information about the food because of a gluten allergy. They let me read the box on several items to make sure it was safe to eat and they did it with a smile. Very friendly staff!

The staff was really nice. The hotel was clean. The room was also clean but it could be better- the table and alarm clock was a bit dusty and there was a thick cobweb on the ceiling corner. I couldn't watch tv on either tvs (there were 2) because the signals were really bad. The neighboring room had a dog that barked when guests passed by- woke me up at 2am. The walls were kind or thin because I also heard a coulle yelling at each other from my side. I think the bed was comfy. The breakfasts were ok- the usual eggs and sausages/biscuits and gravy. Wish there was ice cold water but only water fountain water. Overall, it was a good place to stay. I would come back.

For this class of hotel, ie an affordable suburban business "suites" this one was way above average. Large rooms, nicely furnished, friendly staff, nice breakfast (not amazing but not bad either). Easy to get in and out from various directions. We were happy we chose it. The gym was above average too for a hotel like this. The pool, if it matters to you, was disappointing.
