Only remark is HVAC unit not working and had to shut it off. It didn’t affect our staying anyway. Clean hotel and room. Our 2nd booking here and both times very satisfied

The room was clean. The hotel and room smelled so good as soon as you walk in. The king room had two tvs in it. The front desk staff were nice and welcoming. I didn’t hear anything during my stay there. I work night shift so it was easy to sleep throughout the day. The bed was super comfortable better than my stays at Hampton Inn and Marriott’s in the area. Would highly recommend staying here.

Tremendous value; sparkling clean; convenient location for Bloomington shopping. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, and the swimming pool had a nice warm temperature as well. Far exceeded expectations.

Staff was friendly. Checked in and found no tissues in bathroom, coffee but no creamer, no sheets for the pull-out couch. Room was serviced for 2nd night but still no sheets for the pull out. Rooms are mostly clean but utilitarian. Breakfast was as expected.
