Terrible experience as an altercation was happening on floor 2 and couldn’t even get Front Desk to answer the phone. Had to call 911 just to get police there to apprehend suspect. Will never stay here again. Front desk was clueless on check in and not available to answer phone when situation was occurring.

Clean and Friendly, but…..

Newer hotel. Very clean. Hotel staff friendly and helpful until I had a noise complaint after a group of people were yelling at each other for 30 mins from 11-11:30pm the evening of 3/8. Called the front desk at least a dozen times and no one ever answered. Was ready to call 911 if noise did not stop by midnight. Hotel staff needs to man the phones after hours and would benefit from walking the building at times when noise level should be minute. The noise did subside but I was unsure if it was going to start up again at any minute for the rest of the night, and what my recourse could be.

It was an easy process to check in and check out. I reserved a room with a couch but got a chair. Wasntnthat big of a deal til you had 5 people amd the fifth one had no where to sleep so you end up spending more money to accomadate and buy an air mattress. Price was fair. Breakfast was supposed to be served til 11 and went down at 10 and there was nothing, not even a bagel. Asked and they told me sorry all gone now.

It is very easy to reach the hotel from Route 69. It sits near shopping and restaurants. We were attending a sporting event at IU on Saturday and it was very easy to get from the Hotel to Assembly Hall. Our room was 116. The room as very clean and large. Bathroom was nice with just a walk in shower. Plenty of towels. However, you could hear every footstep from the room above. Also the pipes made noise even if we were not using our bathroom. And the light from the microwave digital display was right a eye level of the bed. (2 wash clothes dulled that light). The Breakfast was plentiful and good choices. The attendants keep all counters & tables clean. Desk clerks were very professional and helpful. We declined housekeeping for our room but I did notice that the leaves and some other items were there from our check-in on Friday to our checkout on Sunday. Maybe there is a rotating schedule for vacuuming hallways. The pool and gym facilities looked nice.
